Feeling like mushrooms once more

After a weekend at home John was back in hospital Monday morning. The doctors said he could come home for the week but have been vague on what happens next. He’s still nil by mouth and has a nose tube hanging down his front. Over a week ago his leak was apparently 75% closed from being 20% closed the week before. One doctor said the nose tube would come out on Wednesday and then the group/ gaggle of doctors said there will be no procedures and no eating this week. I am trying to get hold of the head surgeon to understand what’s going on but that’s like pushing 💩up hill.
