John was allowed out for the afternoon today. Back to hospital this evening and out tomorrow afternoon as well.

So sorry to have not kept in contact. Health issues of my family members have been a worry. Did not realise dramas John going thru. He was so laid back when I spoke to him really early in the piece. Lovely to say hi to John today.
