I was up and about yesterday but feeling decidedly shitty. They took me off the morphine in the morning and I don’t think I got enough drugs to cover that

I walked up and down the corridor 3 times and did my exercises every hour when I wasn’t asleep.

I have had a shower this morning so I feel decidedly better.
